I highly recommend , he came out late afternoon to locate a water leak on my property , accommodated our requests and went above and beyond . I had a plumber come out a few days later to do the repair in the location he Marked and it was spot on. Pricing was very fair.I suspect that the negative reviews are people who really either we’re not willing to compromise or a fake review.

I was extremely pleased with this service. I had a water leak and received a very high bill from the city. Caleb came out the same day I called him. We had to wait a few days for the snow to melt for him to find the leak but it only took a short time once he started. He is very professional, returns phone calls and arrives when he says he is going to. Plus plus plus!

Art's Locating is a true hero. Caleb has the determination and equipment to *really locate* the water leak I had on my property. Caleb's time of arrival was as-planned with less hassle than Precision Utility Locating, which I used first. Precision couldn't complete the job without extra help. Art's Locating has more equipment to get the job done efficiently. I was also presented with a MUCH more conservative repair estimate than Precision gave me, and given recommendations to honest contractors for the new water line I will need on my rocky soil property, potentially saving me 12,500 over Precision Locating's estimate. From my experience during this ordeal, Caleb is the most affordable and his operation is the most reasonable of the water leak locators in this area.

I can’t say enough good things about Caleb with Arts Locating. I have a cabin in the pines constantly running out of water and having major issues. It was costing me a fortune in water, repairs and lost rent. I had 3 different plumbers come out, one just wanted to replace everything the other two just gave up. Caleb was able to locate the problem in a couple hours and even do the repairs to fix my problem on the same call saving me THOUSANDS of dollars and a massive headache. I highly recommend Arts Locating before getting taken to the cleaners by plumbers if you have a difficult to find leak issue. Nice to know there’s still honest and affordable businesses out there.
