My hair appointment with Elke was wonderful! It's been over a year since my last haircut because of covid, and my hair had grown so long that I wanted to donate it. She was very helpful in sharing what type of hairstyle would look good once the length was taken off, keeping in mind the fine texture of my hair and my desire to quickly and easily style it while adding volume. Additionally, she provided me with tips on how to pull the hair off my face at night to reduce the breakage I was experiencing from pulling it up in a high ponytail. I also appreciated her product recommendations - my hair looks and feels amazing now!

Very Clean facility, covid safety precautions in place and the technicians wore masks the whole time. All three of us had very professional and friendly technicians. We all left feeling relaxed with beautiful pedicures. Can’t wait to go back when I need a touch up. Would highly recommend!!

Elke is great at her job and I'm loving the haircut! Went from almost waist length hair to a pixie cut, and Aru salon made the whole experience very comfortable, I came out feeling lighter (very literally). She also went overtime to make sure the cuts were good, which both my friend and I appreciated lots. Friendly and approachable, definitely recommend coming here.

My boyfriend bought me a gift card for this place about a year ago. I'd never been here before and I'm so glad he discovered it! I love the change room. It has showers, an awesome steam room, toiletries etc. The waiting area is really cute! A nice place to start relaxing before your massage and have some tea or coffee. I've gotten 3 massages here now and they are always amazing!! My appointment yesterday was for 2:15, I got there early, but my massage didn't end up starting until 2:35. I didn't mind at all though. The woman who massaged me was so sweet and did an amazing job. My body felt brand new after. The girl that I interacted with at the front desk upon arrival came off a little unprofessional, and wasn't particularly friendly or pleasant. Would have liked to start my experience off with better vibes. The woman who was at the desk when I was finished and ready to pay was SO nice! I'm glad she turned my front desk experience around, she was really awesome. I can't wait to come back.
