Mi experiencia: me da un golpe por detrás un conductor ebrio (con parte policial incluido) y le arreglan el coche al que me dio. Pasados varios años fue mi pareja a pedir presupuesto para asegurar su coche y como no tenía experiencia... le dijeron que ni se lo iban a mirar. Esta oficina es un despropósito total, no la recomiendo a nadie.
