Awesome customer service! I recently rented a excavator from Arvada rentals and the every thing on the machine worked as it should. After using the machine for 10plus hours I had a minor problem with the machine, so I called to report the problem. The people at the front desk where extremely helpful in trying to get my machine back in service. They had there mechanic to my location within an hour, even after they told me they didn’t have a mechanic in the shop day, but said they find someone to fix my machine. Brandon the mechanic also had great customer service as well, and he had my machine back and running in just a few minutes Hands down Arvada rentals has some of the best people to help serve your needs . Even the delivery driver Adrian was awesome, very polite and helpful, and had my machine dropped off and picked up right on time. Thanks again for having great customer service !

Had problems with the rental equipment, and was very frustrated. Upon return of equipment, fantastic customer service. Helpful, responsive staff asked the right questions and applied a refund. Things happen, especially with rentals, but it was the service today that will ensure we come back here next time we need a tool we don't want to buy.
