This is the worst company you can work for. They have no regards for their staff’s safety and they pick and choose who they offer shifts too . If you decide to work for them you’ll be on your own in terms of support. They just don’t care, very rude set of people. I think their recruitment team should undergo some training on how to interact with people.

After speaking with Ben regarding a position available, I was left with quite a lot of hope in finding some work with them. Ben asked that I send my CV and that he'd get back to me later that day. I insisted that there was no rush and that if it would be better, he could contact me the following week. I heard nothing back, called to check in, the woman answering was going to transfer me through to him but came back saying he was on the phone. Even if he couldn't find something suitable for me (despite saying he had a few) it would have been nice for him to return the email or call. Promised a call back. Nothing. This agency is a waste of time. If you're looking for professionals, choose literally any other agency in Glasgow - you'll be better off.

Absaloute dreadfull recruitment company , the staff have no intrest and they seem uninterested in there jobs. I got absaloute cheek and dishonesty from senior members who are full of themselves and need taken down a peg or too. Speaking to Payroll is a joke ,couldnt organize a Fire in a match factory is how I'd put it,... you dont want a job there. Avoid like the plauge. there are plenty more recruitment agencies out there that will genuinely help you. This is not one of them.

The office allocates the shifts so it is very often unfair. You meet colleagues who gets plenty of shifts and other get very few. I work now for an agency where all shifts come online. First come, first serve. Fair.

An carefully crafted orchestra of lies, shortfalls and tenuous employee rights working against everyone that works under them.
