Rooms not bad with basic necessities. Slightly small. Spa is free for tourists in groups as they are given vouchers. Otherwise it comes with a fee. Love the dining area, Midori sky terrace. So nice to have meals with a view. A convenient shop nearby

If you like crematoriums and sleeping in hot coffins then this is the hotel for you. The hotel only pipes hot heat in to make the rooms a hellish 30C and the widows are sealed tight. To be fair they tried to move us to another room but it was still hot. Two stars as the staff were friendly and hospitable but the hotel was just too hot.
Hotel is clean and conformable, overall pretty nice. Their breakfast is delicious. But their carpark cannot park suv, I need to park by car somewhere else but they redeem the parking.
What would have been a 5-star rating just got a one star!!! what was getting to a be a more pleasant stay with a nice large paid executive room non-smoking room- just became a very unpleasant experience. I’m writing this at 2am cos it’s very difficult to go back to sleep whilst central a/c is ‘off’- there is no way to control the airflow nor fan speed even with a modern a/c panel- you can’t touch nor control a thing on it. Because there is no air flow, the room which already reekes of stale smoke smell for worst when the air flow stopped. With the air flow being stopped- my wife and I are getting migraine/headache, plus drowning in the stale smoke smell!— and choking on the smell.- And large constant ringing in my ears- feeling sick in the throat and the head. Pls let customers make adjustments in the room to make ourselves comfortable and not make central adjustments in the sake of cost-savings. Dont bother to stay here unless you enjoy secondary smoke!! It would have been a great stay, marred by the a/c, and bad stale remnant smoke.
Great hotel with great location. 15min to aeon mall. And lots of mini market like 7eleven and lawson nearby

Its a good hotel. Dinner and breakfast on 15th floor has many choices. Good one. Room is standard Japanese.
The room size quite small for 2 persons but I very very impressive the view of the restaurant on the 15th floor especially during the snow. I think this is the strong marketing of the management team to set up the restaurant on the top of the building. Good idea.
