A great facility for a wide variety of sports or just a workout in the training room. 150 yen for training room use, which includes use of the locker room and shower. There are several full sets of weights with four or five benches and a few squat racks, plus a wide variety of machines, running treadmills and exercise bikes.

マシントレーニングやフリーウエイトの器材が充実していていいかと思います（写真で確認してくださ） ただ、最初に器材についてわかっていないでトレーニング室をウロウロしてると（アウェイ感になります） 一様、指導員の人も常駐しているらしいのですが、私は一回も見たことがありません（気がついてない可能性がありますが） ※指導員はいました。Tシャツに指導員と書いているシャツを着ていると思いますのですぐに分かるかと思います（2018年12月訂正） フリーウエイトでパワーラック等の機材がグループを組んで独占していることが多いので使用がしづらい感覚はあります。 大人150円で入れ定期券だと3ヶ月3000円の破格の値段らしいです。 ちなみに男子更衣室のみの確認になりますが、鍵付きロッカーが10台ありました。『100円玉が必要になります（あとで戻ってきます）』 更衣室にはシャワー施設もあり無料で使用できるみたいです。 ちなみにFree Wi-Fiはないです。（機材らしい機材は確認しましたが飛んでませんでした。） ここまで見てくれてありがとうございます。 お役にたったのであれば、グットボタン（高評価）を押してもらえると他の人にも情報が行きやすくなると思いますので、お願いします。
