Tried 2 different ramen stall, taste were ok only, nothing special. The ramen stall in the AEON mall sells better ramen than what I had at the ramen village. If you are taking the train to come here, take note on the irregular schedule.

It was a nice experience and I was really full after trying 3 shops of ramen. However, I think is better to only try these two 青叶 and 梅光轩(rated as one Michelin star). Personally I don’t really like the shoyu based ramen but it is a must to try for tourist.

Really convenient for us to have so many ramen shops gathered at one place and most with English menus displayed. The ramen we had was really delicious. We forgot to note the name of the shop which was at the further end of the carpark and manned by a couple. The broth was rich and the meat very tender. We liked their free flow of cold drinks.

8 of the best ramen shops in Japan, located in one place. I had Santouka Ramen, and it blows the one in my country (Singapore) out of the water. Definitely one of the best ramen I had in Japan. Worth the 2 hour drive back to Sapporo.

there are totally 8 ramen restaurants there. there are many visitors. Soy sauce ramen is the most famous favour in Asahikawa.

This is a bit over rated and out of the way if you are travelling by public transport.. if you are travelling from Sapporo, Ramen Republic at ESTA near sapporo station is another alternative.. still there are a few large departmental store near ramen village.. take sometime to visit uniqlo!
