My daughter and me enjoyed the bed and pillows that is so soft and comfortable. There is a lot of choices in breakfast places to go around and see. Staff are very helpful and kind , unlike at hoshino resort tomamu staff are not trained well in handling situation of congestion.

The lobby is pretty hip and co but the room upstairs are pretty old. It looks like they have renovated some of the rooms. I stayed in the corner room which is pretty decent size. Coolest thing is that it's geared for you to go to the many ski resorts around, with a snow bus that picks up right at the hotel and a really good snowboard shop that does waxing and high-end rentals in the lobby.

the fridge is not cold enough. the lobby is grand, trend and innovative, but the room style is normal one. sadly, it is no time for me to experience the tour guide. Breakfast doesnt suit my taste.

Amazing stay, well done. Ignore the dated look of the rooms. The beds and pillows soaked our tiredness away the moment you close your eyes. The onsen is awesome with different temperature pools and a 360 degree shower. Awesome fine dining restaurant is a MUST try. Great chef! Plenty of good eats nearby, yakiniku, sashimi, uni, crabs etc. Had to pay for overnight parking which was quite some distance away though.

Modern contemporary hotel with some hint of local flavor for affordable price. Breakfast buffet is nice.

Great original desserts at the Café & Bar here! They even give free drink bar choices when you order new-in dessert. I even thought there was only me because there were so few customers when I visited. The staffs kept a professional but cold attitude that even though I don't have any complaints, it was still a not so pleasant interaction. But fancy-looking and delicious desserts with great service anyway!!!

This is a review of the restaurant Togen in the Asahikawa Grand Hotel. Probably the most high end Chinese restaurant in Asahikawa, the food here is excellent, but I'm not sure if it makes up for the very high prices and limited serving sizes.

Quite a stylish hotel, the main entrance leading into the foyer lives up to its name -Grand, the rooms are quite spacious, very neat and tidy and breakfast was fantastic, it was hard to resist going back for thirds, the food is delicious and very fresh too. The service anywhere in the hotel is very, very good from the moment we were greeted by hotel reception I knew we were in for a good stay and I was not wrong.
