Very friendly staff. Helpful and ready to make up for it even if it is not their mistake. I was there to take away breakfast. The cashier did not understand English. After some pointing and sputtering Japanese he gave me a wrong order. Upon realising it was a mistake, he gave me the correct order for free and with a smile saying :\It is service.
