Maybe the beer is the only one thing that counts for this place. I came for lunch right at the opening time and turned out the lunch menu is so limited. Nothing but Genghis Khan-styled lamb. The only choices here are some sets which offered different types of meat or larger portions. Yes, the meat was delicious, the beer was quality, but the thing is they are all unbelievably expensive. We only had 2 persons there and guess what the bill for 2 sets of just meat & drinks wrote? Almost 10,000!!! I was shocked looking at the bill - it was just like we were eating the best wagyu or something, not just some grilled lamb. Way too costly for too small portions. A 3,000 "set" they called - had exactly 12 tiny pieces of meat! Although in the end it was still a great lunch, I think I would regret coming to this place for the rest of my life if I hadn't have brought my coupons with me... When we arrived there was also a "Summer Festa" outside and what's more ridiculous is that they served some same dishes as inside the restaurant at MUCH cheaper prices?!? It's written 1,000 for a serving of 3 oysters but I was even served 4, me not knowing why either.

Nice food and we had the beer sampler. We were greeted with real ginger house that was very skilfully assembled. There are 2 floors where upstairs is the BBQ area. We opted for ground but the smell of the BBQ surrounded the entire hall.

A good place for lunch, good beers and food. Nice decor.

Beer was relatively underwhelming and the food was ok. I'd probably give this a miss next time through the city. The izakayas and ramen shops provide better food and you can still go to otokayama for sake if you want something local to drink. This is a good place for groups and events it seems but not for a one off dinner. It is conveniently located to the train station and downtown though so if you are in a rush it may be a good stop over.

The food is good, there are a few good beers, the service is nice, but the sampling set and food portions are really small. It gets quite expensive for what you get. I'd come back mainly for a couple of beers but eat before. I probably have to get something else at a combini now. Imo skip the sampling set and get a glass of kera piruka and another of the kurodake. Those were the best ones.

Normal inn feeling with in house beer. Their in house beer tastes a little like tiger, though the atmosphere is nice. However not worth the special trip down.

They served their local beer. It tasted good.

Beer was decent but vibes were not there. Also, weird hangers hanging around in front of the stage. Just saying
