Friendly, Helpful, Great Service! I was looking for a box for my bicycle, and after a bad experience at another bike shop in the city I was very happy to find this one. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and even took a new bike out of a box so that they could give me the box it came in, and they gave it to me free. I just had to come back for it later, because not surprisingly they were so busy with customers at that time. I would definitely recommend them for bicycle purchases services, and while I didn't need any this time, I will certainly come here if I need something another time in Asahikawa.

私がまだ中学3年生の時(約7年前)に後ろのタイヤがパンクしてしまい利用しました。どこがパンクしているかタイヤの中に入ってるチューブ？を取り出し確認した後、先に金額は1000円ですと言われました。その時、お財布を忘れている事に気が付き事情を話すと、なら直せないと言われチューブが出た状態のままなのにお店から放り出されました。チューブの直し方も分からず泣きながら自転車を引きずって近くの駐輪場に置き親に迎えに来てもらいました。お財布を忘れているのにお店に行ってしまった事は申し訳ないと思っていますが、持って来た時の状態に戻すのが普通だと思うので、当時を思い返すとあんまりな対応だなと感じます。
