I visited here on 9sept2017. I was fortunate to be able to seen the left of the Artistic Padi Field. Is a bit distance from the town of Asashikawa and it can only be reach by car. No Public transportation is available in this outskirt land.

This is big picture on the floor made of difference wheat. There is a big platform you can climb up to have a full view of the wheat picture. For safety reason, the platform can only accommodate 20 visitors. If you arrived same time with the travel tour, you need to queue up for a long time. The shop below the platform is selling delicious corn and juice.
Free and interesting art works! Very cool.
The pattern changes every year. Quiet in the morning.
