10-15min walk from the south exit of Asaka Station. There isn’t much shade on the walk so don’t forget your hat - not is the park very shady so definitely need a hat and shades, too! It’s a lovely park though, quite wide and the sunset from there is gorgeous. Lots of fun for kids playing creatively. The NPO that facilitates risky play only operates certain days a month so check that out ahead of time, or bring a ball and just have a kick around with your family or friends.

広すぎず、狭すぎず、子どもたちが遊ぶのに、素晴らしい公園です。 自転車の練習もできるし、キャッチボールやサッカーから、凧揚げまで、できるところです。 他の人たちの遊んでいるボールなどが、当たったりしても、心広く楽しく遊ぶことが、秘訣です️
都内近郊でも屈指の穴場の良い場所です。 あまり教えたくないほどです。
NPO法人朝霞プレパークの会の事務所があります。こちらの方の講演は聞く価値があります。今は横の繋がりが希薄になってきている時代ですが 大人は子供たちから目を離さないことが大切だということを学びました。 朝霞の森でも様々な活動をおこなっております。 興味を持った方はぜひ遊びに行ってみてください。
