They have thousands of designs ready to ship. So far, I have not seen even a replica of what these people are making. All the designs are custom made with hands utilizing extreme precision and top of the line craftsmanship. Their packaging and delivery is very efficient and competitive for overseas (especially for North America). Couldn't be happier. I came in touch with this Company a few months back. I haven't yet made a purchase, though I am planning to. However Google popped a message while I was using Google Maps and asked me if I know this place. So now I understand Google tracks everything :-) Anyways, no point in ignoring the opportunity to write a few lines. I have a few complain and a few suggestions for them. My Complain: Why is it so difficult to Purchase from you guys? Why do you have a minimum Order restriction of 30000 INR ? I understand that Manufacturers deal in Bulk but when People like me are planning to try out Vendors, then obviously they want to buy a few samples first. Please allow that and I will give you a 5 Star, else it is a 4 Star from me. My aunt referred me this Company and she is a Customer for the last 2 years. She is very happy so I presume the quality is good.

One earring was damaged in transit. But the moment I told them they gave a very soothing reply. They simply gave me a replacement and asked me not to ship the broken pc too. So no hassles on my part. The level of trust they have on customers took me for a surprise. Easier than Amazon ..ahoy.

A reliable, dependable and trustworthy organization. Jewelries are uniquely handcrafted, simply exquisite pictures/videos do not even do justice to the glamour of the jewelry. Shimmers of Diamond and glitters of Gold blended together in amazing creativity . And Customer service is top notch. My Sales person, Mrs. Piu Ghosh is a great personality, highly professional, friendly, focused and very helpful. Every transaction with her goes way beyond the payment stage. She monitored FedEx and DHL Express Tracking everyday until my parcels are delivered. And delivery is superb too. Safe, fast, timely and very well packaged. Let me make it clear that I am not a Customer of Indian Fashions or Kritanjali Creations. So this is not a customer Review :-) Sometime ago I used to visit their office as a representative of the Bank that I work in. I have opened bank accounts of many of their employees so I have a fair bit of understanding about the office atmosphere. I cannot say whether their Product Quality is Good or Bad as I have never used them. However, what I must say is that their Office atmosphere is completely different from other offices where I visit. When you enter their office premises, which is quite large, ( at least 3 times the size of our bank), the first thing that came to my notice, while I was waiting in their Waiting Lounge was,- everyone has a peculiar sense of Confidence and Liberty. There is no stress on anyone's face and I was really jealous after seeing this. But let me tell you what their best and unique part is. They 'Incubate' young aspiring Entrepreneurs, by providing them Office Space to work and Training to understand and conduct Business at their own premises. I know at least 7 such Incubated Entrepreneurs, since I had the privilege's of opening their Current Accounts. In short it is not only a successful company but a company which is making others successful too. My Best Wishes ! Oh yes.....there was a day when I had visited their office with my Bank Manager, and while we were returning to our Bank enroute I asked my Manager as to why we couldn't have the same type of work atmosphere in our Bank. What he said was remarkable-----'Well you know........Entrepreneurs vs Employees is not a fair Match !!'

They have very very beautiful jewellery and most important of all, their customer relations is simply outstanding. Just working and speaking with them you can tell that they really care about you as a person and your business and are willing to give you advice in anyway they can. I don't regret working with them at all. Thank you for the excellent service.
