My opinion is dr Sutapan Samanta is the best doctor in Indira Ivf.His treatment, behaviour & pleasant personality is really superb. After a long period I reallybecome a mother of a sweet baby boy.Thanks Indira & thanks too dr .Indira Ivf is the best for infertility treatment in Bengal.

Staffs are good. Junior Doctor is excellent with her behaviour and assuring patients and giving them hopes for their successful conceiving a child. Senior Doctor not at all convincing. Just gave me the different rates for different procedure without any hopes or any assurance at any stage.

First of all patient needs to be present so that they put you in queue. They all prefer there own product and won't even check if you require the same. These are Businessmen and not Doctors. They won't accept reports from other institute. Service is also pretty bad. Only one supervisor is present with more than 3 receptionist. It takes more than 1 hour for each patient.

And they have good products and good staff services.. like IVF, ICSI, IUI, also hospitality is very good ... And they have good team of doctors and embryology.. and also good services of housekeepers.. and they tak care of the patients and fullfill their request. ...
