Poor and worst after sales services, workshop technicians have a target to recommend needless repairing jobs and are proposing jobs which are not needed. If you don't agree with them, they put a comment on your job sheet CUSTOMER REFUSED, and without letting you know will ask you to write. All service advisor specially SHOVAN CHATTERJEE dies this very politely, be awware. In the Showroom while purchasing your bike you get calls and good behaviour, until you pay for your 2 wheeler, the MD Mahesh Janee and other sales personnel will give importance till your purchase, once you paid, you need to request, demand for everything. Recommended not to visit.
