This is a branch of [Mountain Lovers' Association] Every year they conduct mountaineering Programs at very low expense and it's a great experience the duration of the program is between 8-10 days they will provide you healthy food, clean water & well-established camps to stay there this is for both boys and girls and they also provide certification on the accomplishment of the programme also for them safety is the first priority there is an arrangement for washroom for girls but boys have to suffer a little bit they also provide lectures on Mountaineering like different types of tools and rope nodes used for climbing etc, (And seriously it will help your body to become fit almost any age group anybody types can participate in it. It helps in the growth of mental and physical ability of an individual and the certification can also help you in your carrier)
