Great place it is but yoou cannot by walk or something. Actually you need a bus or private car to travel to this place. It is in the middle of this area, so its views are not important rather it is a bridge for travel purpose.

This bridge is situated over a canal and commonly known as 'gandha pool' (dirty bridge). The name is due to its previous status and literally it was like that at past days. The situation had changed after the huge renovation of the bridge by our present government. Now it is a good looking, wide and nice bridge and renamed as Mangal Pandey Setu. It is now our duty to maintain it in a proper manner and not to use its 'dirty' name anymore.
