Very very Bad experience. Don't go. I highly advise you not to visit this place. The facial was pathetic. It had darken the skin rather than making it brighter. There were huge blisters after the wax. The staff is unhappy with the overall management and for that we (client) suffers. The hair styling department is behaving as if they are doing a favour to us. I have visited twice. In the first visit I thought it was because they were busy but even in the next visit, it was hell. Please don't go. And if you wanna spoil your skin and hair, do visit

First of all, if you need a hair spsa, just don't go to the place, I got it done and could see just no difference whatsoever. I took a hair cut and spa. I think when I do it home my hair look better. A complete waste. Highly disappointed. In COVID times, the store was highly irresponsible, no sanitizer, no mask on the staffs, nor were any products being senitized after a client's use. I lost my money and my time just to get disappointed. Would just not recommend at all. My hair is looking even dull and the normal cut also could not do any justice to my look.

Very bad experience. First time tried VLCC Asansol Branch for hair spa. They did basically nothing used Schwarzkopf spa conditioner and kept it in my head for more than 30 mints and then rinse it. Even the steam machine was not working. And they made a bill of 1200/-. Not suggesting anyone who is looking for a good service.
