If I could give them minus stars I would. I had an issue with an item, a Stella McCartney bag which broke after being used less than 10 times. I sent it back to them as directed, then nothing. 3 weeks went by, all emails unanswered. I checked with DHL (not a straightforward process) and they confirmed the bag had been delivered to them. Only after taking to social media asking them to reply to my emails did I recieve a reply from them. There was nothing wrong with the bag and they were sending it back. If I wanted I could take it up with Stella McCartney. I asked for more information and they confirmed they had rejected my claim on August 3rd. They only bothered to tell me this on August 22nd, and not replied to any of my emails I had sent them in the meantime. They wouldn't tell me what tests they had conducted on the bag or give me any details on how to take the issue further with Stella McCartney. They have not apologised for the delay in contacting or explained why there was such a delay. They have not treated me as a customer, they have treated me like something stuck to the bottom of their shoe.

Defected good delivered. Sent the pics of it and they say they can not see it in the pictures. I suggest them to update their monitor as it might be from 70’s. I paid big money on this as its the designer’s bag. And after i sent another pics, they never responding to my emails. I will return the good anyway but never trust this company if you get the defected good delivered, they will not care and just keep asking another pics or keep quiet. I dont want to waste the star here but it seems like 1 star here is the min i can rate. I am so mad.

Do not trust them and spend your money in another place. Order was delivered, thence disaster started. Wrong size - request for replacement Next evening - message from office We have received your request (by the way required size available) Two days later We haven't forgotten about you (required size available) Another two days later Our apologies – we'll be in touch soon (required size still available) Next afternoon all stock sold out thence 6am Sunday I got the following message Thank you for contacting Mytheresa. We apologize foe the delayed response and please know that we would be glad to hep. We’re sorry to inform you that the size you requested for an exchange is now sold out. We can instead process your return as a refund, and the respective amount will be returned to your original payment method. Sometimes, items that sell out become available again (in case of returns, for example). So be sure to add the item in your desired size to your wish list and activate our ‘Back in Stock’ alert. You’ll then receive a notification if the item becomes available again. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you have any further questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us. Have a wonderful day! DONOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I used this website several times and it was every time great. But this time it was different. I ordered 2 burberry wallets and I got only one. I wrote them and ask to send the other one or refund. Oder number is eu11670018 But they do not accept their mistake and they do not take thier responsible. They wrote just that they had shipped both two items. Now I lost 272 euros and no item in Hand. this is my worst experiense ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY TAKE MONEY AND THEY DONT ACCEPT THIER MISTAKE! YOU COULD LOOSE YOUR MONEY!

Great selection of fashion and accessories but one of the worst online shopping experiences, compared to other luxury e-commerce. Filters are quite annoying because it reloads the page every time you add one (like when adding several colors), you can't choose to see all products on one page, and it doesn't even show you how many pages there are so it feels endless! Also difficult to see the thumbnail with the white box hovering over it with the available sizes - a quick shop button would be better.
