The store itself is great and the prices are good or better. The parking is always good and trolleys are almost always available. The downsides are, the hand baskets often run out and require a scuttle around the checkouts to find one. But by far the biggest issue is click and collect! It is truly and consistently the worst I've ever experienced at any store in any part of the country. The lockers have never to my knowledge or in my experience operated, even though they are operational and hum away contentedly but with no shopping contained therein! Instead, the poor customer is directed here and there by scraps of paper to play hunt your shopping. Generally, but not always the customer gets directed to the rear of the store like an unwanted tradesman where you get to try and park amongst other, sometimes irate, customers, bemused van drivers trying to do their job and 'take no prisoners' lorry drivers negotiating the haphazard parking. It can get rather dangerous. I feel sorry for the staff that have been stationed out here as they have to apologise for the managers appalling management of a situation and set of customers that are clearly unwanted! I only go back because they keep sending me evouchers to try again. But even that's wearing thin. Phew, that feels better!

Great supermarket for all your shopping needs from fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy products, cereals, meat, fish and all the other usual foods you would expect in a large store and all at reasonable prices. Beers, wines and soft drinks are well displayed as are the frozen foods. Asda of course have a good selection of mens, womens and children's clothes by George again at very good prices. There is a cafe serving foods throughout the day plus an Optician and a Chemist. Driving out you can even fill up with fuel for the car.
I go here ALL The Time I give it a 11 but it only displays 5 so add 6 imaginary stars
Because the asda is the best :)
This place is covid disaster in waiting. Staff & customers are a nightmare. Customers climbing over each other, blocking aisles with large family groups. None asked wearing staff simply walking in to your face to get at a shelf rather than giving the customer the chance to move. A push and a squeeze past is the norm as people can no longer use the phrase ''excuse me may I get passed''. Asda attitude. BLOODY DISGRAFEFUL. No wonder we are one of the worst zones in the country for CV19
