We are a local solar company based her in New England and where in need of some land surveys for solar projects we were doing that were in flood zone areas. We had searched high and low for a good Survey company to help us out in a bind where we had to get these completed quickly. Then stepped in Al and his wife Linda and saved the day for us and we have used them for every survey project since! Extremely professional, responsive, friendly, and willing to work through unforeseen problems as they arose. I couldn't t recommend Al and Linda highly enough for any survey needs you might have! it was a long process from overgrown site to finished product, see attached photos. Al was very helpful getting us through the requirements to locate the house and the OWTS system to meet state and local codes. he was courteous, professional and timely.
I have worked with Al DiOrio since 2007. Initially I had a survey done as I was concerned with an encroachment on my property. I called on Al years later to go before our Zoning Board for variance on what was the first stage of a renovation on my home. He addressed all seamlessly and supported me through a first time experience with comfort. Recently asked Al to update my Site Plan to complete the final stage of the above renovation. All three requests were done smoothly and in a timely fashion. I greatly appreciate Al's skills as a surveyor, how organized, focused, efficient and professional he is across the board.
