Smallest WHSMITH I’ve ever been in to. They do try to pack in the stock (books, stationary, magazines & newspapers mainly) and the store does feel cluttered. Can be difficult to navigate when there a few customers in store. Opens early - 6:00am some days, and does often have offers in store and at the till but the limited selection means I’m often left disappointed and end up shopping elsewhere.

I phoned mid morning to ask if they had the latest Peter Robinson in stock. I was told by an assistant they had 1 left and they would save it for me. Coming a good distance from Derby I was annoyed to find they had not got a copy. Apparently something wrong with their computer system.
Really helpful staff with great products.
