Best customer service!! I am stationed in Germany and flying back to the states. I needed to purchase a car sight unseen from a private seller. I called and Pat told me about their inspection so I went with it. Their thorough inspection and amazing customer service made the process so much better. While I’m not in the VA area much if something happens with my car I know where it is going.

I purchased my triple black 2013 Porsche 911 from Intersport Performance in December of 2017. The process was seamless. I met with Omar and we discussed what I wanted my 911 to be. Within 24 hours he found the car and had it shipped from CA to VA! The car is fantastic. It was presented to me and was flawless. They’re the only place I bring the 911 to get serviced. The good news is other than regularly scheduled maintenance, nothing else has been necessary. It’s a great ride and Intersport Performance is a great place to do business with! I highly recommend this group of talented car people!
My experience working with Matt at the Ashburn location was awesome! Matt was very professional, knowledgeable, kind etc. I couldn’t be happier with the Porsche that I bought and I was even more impressed with how easy and convenient Matt made that process go for me. Thank you Matt!!!
Great knowledge of cars, but this place is awful to work with. Greedy owner. Focused only on making money and nickel and diming customers... I would avoid at all costs. There aren't a ton of good Porsche specialists around, but I would spend the time looking for others. Negative experience. Will NEVER return and voiced my concerns to other local Porsche owners.
Beautiful cars, terrible service attitude. Unlikely to buy from here just based off the way I was treated. I walked in off the street, not knowing this dealership even existed, but my eye was captured by the bevy of 911s in the parking lot. I did a u-turn and made me way in. I’ve had my eyes peeled on 997/991 model 911s for a years. I easily have cash in hand, but just waiting for the magic car/moment. I walked in and had to wait 10 mins for a salesperson to arrive, which was fine, as I took time to admire the inventory. When I finally got a salesman’s attention, I did not get a warm reception. Even though I knew what I was in the market for, the salesman tried to use every bit of knowledge at his disposal to one-up-me and expose any little gap in knowledge that I had, even as a former 911 owner. I got the feeling he either didn’t want me there or didn’t want to be bothered. Then one of their “high roller” clients rolled in and his attention was elsewhere. I took the salesman’s card and said I’d monitor their website for cars that piqued my interest. Even though I have more than enough money to buy any car they have in stock, in cash, I felt like this salesman only cared about landing big whales with enormous garages to fill. I felt overlooked, under appreciated, and treated like an amateur. I am building a custom garage to fill with sports cars, but it won’t be from this dealership.
In my first service experience at Intersport I was impressed with both the process and the outcome. Properly maintaining a 12-year old 911 isn't for the fiscally conservative, but it's reassuring when the options are presented professionally and transparently. I would recommend Omar and his team without reservation.

Working with Matt was one of the easiest transactions I could have done. Being located in Chicago and buying a car out of state I thought it was going to be difficult but Matt made it feel easy. Sent detail pictures, answered all questions i had, and helped with transportation of the vehicle to chicago and i could not be happier. Thank you once again and i will indeed enjoy this e63 so awhile!
