Customer service has always been great for me. Love the automatic usage updates on the website. The prices are fair. Also love the 5,000 gallon notice before you hit the next tier. I also think the water tastes fine and feels fine in the shower! A service and product!

Outdated payment system. Outdated online options. In this day of 1 click payments, you feel like they almost don't want you to pay the bill. Why should one try so hard to pay a utility bill?
Quality of the water is terrible. Very harsh on the skin and hair.
It's very frustrating when you set up a payment and then get a notice your water will be turned off because you also have to call to tell them you set up a payment...its ridiculous that they cant just look in their own system to see a pending payment! Ridiculous extra work on customers!

Yesterday a note was left on our door notifying my family that our water was shut off. The time was handwritten on the note at 9:30am. After arriving home from work the water was shut off. Due to the difficulty paying the bill, it simply slipped through the cracks and Loudoun Water decided to shut off our water after a month. There was no notice ahead of time. If there had been, we would have happily paid our bill. They aren't open after 5pm and their payment system is so outdated, it took us over an hour to pay our bill. Now they are charging a 10% late fee as well as a 45 collection fee! It is criminal that they are allowed to shut off water without any notification at all.
