Zero stars. We have been coming here for years, and have finally had enough of them. Required dr appointment for a medication refill that my son has been on for years and this same dosage for at least a year. No one answers the phone, and even if you leave a message, it is hit or miss if they ever bother to call you back. Our latest episode of trying to get a prescription refill had us talking to the Office manager, and supposed to have received a call from the Medical Director - which of course never happened. Gotta find a new doc ASAP to get my son back on his meds because they refuse to refill without the appt - mind you, she saw him 3 months ago.

AWFUL office staff. They are impossible to reach, they bill erroneously and then will not work with you to resolve it. They just want money & could careless about your mental state. AVOID at all costs!!!!!

I am not sure what the other reviews of the office staff are talking about. So far i have had a great experience. The front staff is attentive, welcoming and very helpful everytime i have gone in there. My appointments were made in a timely manner and i didn't have to wait 3 months or so for my first appointment like other places. We did have a hiccup with insurance and billing but that was quickly resolved by the office staff. My therapist is also great and working well with me so far. Will update if anything changes.

Please please PLEASE answer the phone. I’ve called a handful of times during business hours on different days just for a prescription refill. I’m so sick. I had a mild seizure yesterday from the withdrawals. Please answer the phone.

I am so glad I found this place. My doctor has been able to help me deal with my panic disorder and depression. He is very kind and thoughtfully trying to help me over come my problems. Front staff has always been helpful and help me when I need to get emergency appts
