Cathy and Diane have been the most communicative, patient and wonderful people as we have insured our rental properties, vehicles and now our Homeowners (!!!) through Ashby Agency. Anyone who has ever purchased a home knows how stressful it can be, especially for first time homebuyers: Their knowledge, kindness and personable touch has helped so much to get us through such transitional times in our lives. I have had 4 other insurance agents in my 40 year career and by far Diane and her agency are the best. She reorganized all my insurance with lower premiums and better coverage! She's also very knowledgeable about esoteric policies e.g. Surety Bond Guardianship policy. Great pricing, knowledge, and coverage sounds like a great value proposition to me.
