I have consistently had a fantastic experience at Ashgrove Family Practice. I see Dr Danielle James who I’d highly recommend. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable GP. When I have seen other doctors at the practice they have all been just as fabulous. The reception team (Sam, Sandi) are so lovely. Would definitely recommend Ashgrove Family Practice to my friends and family.

I had my 1st (and last) appointment at the practice in Sep'20. It took more than an hour for the doctor to provide me with the referral and prescription. The doctor was so slow and after all the discussion wrote down an incorrect instruction for the dosage on the prescription. Would not come back there again.

For 10 years from 1996 until 2008 I was treated by Dr Jeays. She failed to diagnose my illness during that time. I attended an appointment with another Dr in the practice and was immediately diagnosed with end stage Hashimotos Thyroiditis a condition called Myxoedema. I could barely walk or function. In 2008 I was diagnosed with early breast cancer, then invasive and now Stage 4 Metastatic. My immune system had been severely depleted over those years. It took some years to regain my faith in the medical system. I would give this Doctor a 0 but unless a give a 1 this will not be posted. Jenifer Brooks Cashmere 4500

Every Dr I have seen for myself and my 3 year old son has been nothing but thorough, compassionate and friendly. All while being non judgmental. The reception staff are always friendly even when they are clearly inundated with work.

I've been attending Ashgrove Family Practice for over 20 years. The reception staff are lovely, warm and super helpful. Dr Harbison is my family Dr and has been for a number of years. She's genuinely caring and I trust her implicitly. I cannot speak more highly of her... Very lucky to have such an amazing resource available to myself and my children.
