When I was a guest researcher at the Kôbe University, this dormitory was recommended and I didn't regret to choose it any moment. The rooms are clean, the Internet is fast and the food (breakfast and dinner) is pretty good, so nothing to complain about. Everybody of the staff is extremly friendly and helpful and the housefather and some of the staff too speak English very well. In a slow 10-minute walk, you will be at the train station which takes you to the University or the City center, and also to different shops where you can buy everything you need. Considering the good food, free internet, water and electricity, the price per month is very reasonable. I could recommend this place any time.

It is a convenient place to commute to 三宮 by JR, Hankyu Tram or Hanshin tram rough 1520 minutes; however, the sound insulation is poor especially you are arranged to live on the first floor. Above all, if you finally plan to accommodate here I will advise to speak some Japanese or it would be hard to communicate with dormitory supervisor. 因目前只有入住三個月，如要入住長期請三思。交通方面方便，走路１５到２０分鐘到ＪＲ，阪急和阪神；但宿舍隔音不佳且入住人的素質不均，在入住這三個月期間，遇到隔壁房和樓上的人，晚上１１點多，依舊大聲喧嘩且產生砰砰走路聲。另一方面，因寮長只會講日文，如自己日文不流利，遇到問題會需花很多時間溝通。
ちょっとうるさかった。でもお風呂はいい感じ. 時々虫が出る。
見晴らし環境さわやかです 学生寮なので 学習が大半かと思います 大入浴室入浴に 疲れも癒されます 職員も親切です すべてが快適です Japan Chikako ちか子
