全体的に上品なお味噌。私は白アラに味醂で合わせてお魚やお肉などを漬け込んでお友達にあげると100%喜んで頂ける美味しい味噌漬け用お味噌です。工場直のアラは熟成度が足りないので1年程置いてからの方が良いと思います。
