I contacted Bill Harris on November 4th about a truck that was on their website. The truck was still available. It is a cab chassis so it needed a bed added. I was told that the bed was ordered and would be there in two weeks. The bed that had been ordered was exactly what we were looking for so it seemed like it was meant to be. We moved forward and made a deposit to hold the truck for us until the bed came in and was installed. Within 48 hours of making the deposit we started receiving phone calls from the finance department wanting full payment even though we were not going to be taking possession of the truck for two more weeks. We were reluctant to go ahead and pay for the truck in full because we were afraid that if they have all of their money then them finishing our truck would become a low priority. Well, it is January 3rd now, almost two months from when this whole process began and we still do not have the truck. We struggle to get information from the dealership and at this point we aren’t exactly sure when we will get the truck. Our family owns two businesses and my father is president and CEO of a large community bank so we understand how IMPORTANT customer service is. We have received some poor customer service over the years in different purchases that we have made, but the customer service that we have received from Bill Harris is by far THE WORST customer service we have EVER received.

Buying a used car at its best! Nate was honest from start to finish. The entire staff was professional. A small problem with the TPM sensors was handled well, eventhough we live an hour and half away. Thank you Nate Bowles, Scott Mathews, Tom Prather and staff.
