This lawyer was extremely rude, condescending as well as demeaning to my mother. He called her dumb and said’s why he’s the lawyer. I went to try and smooth things over and he was a coward and would not meet with me. Customer service starts at the top so it’s not a surprise that his paralegal was snippy and rude as well. A lot of times when a person needs a lawyer it is not for a good reason. We needed his help with my grandmother’s estate and he added more stress than help. Do not use him.

I don't usually give five-star reviews, however, I cannot say enough good about Larry Ashlock's law firm. I work in politics, where on any given day, you will deal with 5-50 lawyers who are stuck up, don't know the law, and only treat their highest paying clients with any respect. Larry is not that guy. He first surprised me by answering the phone personally, most lawyers don't do that. He walked me through what trouble I could be in, and what I needed to do. His secretary followed up with all the important documents I needed to submit. As I am a legalshield member, he did it all at a discount, but he lowered his price a bit more than that because of the case. He answered questions on the weekend (another thing lawyers don't do), and when I got him the documentation he needed, he went to court and cleared everything up exactly as he said. He and his firm treated me with respect, followed up, and did what they said they would do. He truly puts his clients first, which is really hard to find in a law firm these days. I am very impressed, and if you have a criminal matter in KY, would highly recommend Larry Ashlock.
