Outstanding experience! My daughter has been having treatment for 18 months. The staff are always helpful and friendly. They explained every step of the treatment and nothing was ever too much for them. If ever we had any issues with the brace, they would always get us booked in as quickly as possible. The treatment results are amazing too!

Despite nice and friendly staff I am disappointed that following treatment here my previously great teeth (after having braces elsewhere) have now moved. When I questioned this I was told that there's nothing they can do to help now despite this being due to their actions. Rather than accept this I have now seen another orthodontist in Stoke who says the only way my teeth can return to beforehand is by getting braces yet again which I will have spend thousands on and attend multiple appointments yet again. Lost not just time, but a lot of money and all trust in this practice. I'm looking forward to being treated elsewhere and you should too if you want long-term results.
