Volkspeed have corrected several faults on my car and each time I was pleasantly surprised at how soon they were able to do the work, and how reasonable the cost was. One of the items they sorted out during the day of the MOT. (Clearly that's not always going to be possible but it was just what I needed). Each time I have used them the price is more than competitive, and they provide friendly advice on what might need doing next from the manufacturer's service database. This helps with planning new work, and estimates of cost are then are no surprise. This is all part of the efficient personalized service one gets on visiting this excellent workshop, where there is a sort of \happy vibe\ of good working going on to the highest standards.

I should have taken my vehicle to the other company I have used earlier this year. I took my vehicle here due to my boot not opening they looked for almost 3 days and could not find anything wrong they finally concluded that it might be the relay fuse box in the boot they sent it away and when the got it back they fitted it and it did not work. They sent me off saying they will contact me. They have not at all and I have chased Chris numerous of times. Anyway I took my vehicle up to Croydon to another company that found corrosion in the plugs and wires they cleaned it up and now my boot is working. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING the Incompetent service I received from Volkspeed in Ashtead If another company can immediately find the problem why could you lot not find it??
