Creation Paving

Just had my driveway block paved by these guys. Although it started off well and it seemed like they were decent honest tradesmen, the situation has taken a negative turn. We were initially quoted for block paving the driveway down to my garage, some slot drains and also for some sturdy gates between my house and my neighbour. The driveway has mostly been completed but I think due to the job running over I have loose blocks in front of my garage that haven't been sealed with silica sand. (despite them leaving a bag of sand on my drive!) Also the drains we were quoted and paid for haven't been fitted. Steve kept texting saying he needed some more money and although he had quoted for the gates said he needed another 200 for the ironwork and grey paint. When I got home the gates had been left unpainted (despite paying for this up front) and there was a panel missing from the right hand part of the gates leaving a big hole. I texted Steve about this and said they had run out of nails!!!! Strange as behind the gates there was a big bag of nails. Were were assured that one of his lads would be back to finish up and pain the gates and generally clean up. Since then, as the gates have not been treated the wood has gotten wet and the gates have simply disintegrated due to being tacked together with panel pins. NOT the sturdy gates we had requested. This was about a month ago now and Steve has stopped responding to our text messages and blocked my number. I have since had a reputable tradesman out who has said he cannot do anything to fix the gates as they were made so poorly. I have learned a very expensive lesson and have been ripped off by a shoddy/dishonest/dodgy builder. DO NOT deal with this company!!! Photos of the shoddy workmanship attached.
