Finally, a dental office where I can get ALL my work done (extractions, root canals), without being sent elsewhere! I absolutely love how Ashton Dental follows your insurance so closely and doesn’t stick you with any payment surprises. Dr. Ho and her staff are so professional and the front desk girls are kind & funny (especially Brandy)! I have had TONS of dental work done all my life and I can honestly say that this is one of the best places I have ever been to. I have already brought my friend here (and he loves it) as well as my son. Oh, not to forget to mention, my teeth look fabulous!! I can smile again! By the way, they took my medicaid/state insurance. Better hurry before their patient list fills up.

Don't go here for any service! Our first bad experience was last year, my kids got their cleanings and we waited another hour, and still they didn't call me back for mt cleaning. Told them we couldn't wait any longer and I'd have to come back. They were very rude that I wanted to leave, even though it was an hour and a half after my appointment time and they still weren't able to see me. I gave them another chance and we went in for our cleanings today. The kids went fine. After my x-rays the dentist told me he'd like me to come back in for a deep cleaning and to get some cavities filled. I then waited in the room for 15 min before the office manager came back with paperwork. She starts showing me the figures they have come up with for future dental work(2 cavities & a deep cleaning), which was way too high (3000 after insurance paid!!) I told her I could not pay that amount and would just like to continue my routine cleaning. She then said that the dentist would not give me a routine cleaning, which is what I was there for because I wouldn't agree to future dental work. She did not even check with him, just refused to allow me to have my cleaning done. So I got up to leave and she followed me in to the entry, I asked her for our dental records. She laughed and said she didn't have them all together and couldn't do it. So I said she could send them to me, she had the worst attitude and was so rude. While filling out the paperwork I finally told her she was being unnecessarily rude. She said she was not, smiled and said she'd email my records. The entire interaction was very uncomfortable. I felt like they were inflating my bill, trying to get more money out of me and when I refused, they refused my routine teeth cleaning, which is what I went in for. After many unprofessional interactions over the 3 years we went there, we will NOT be going back & will be looking for a friendly, honest & professional dentist!
