Hibari Cafe is made up of two separate buildings: a restaurant serving American style food, and a cafe that serves hot dogs and artisan coffees. It sounds like an odd combination but it works so well! I went in a group of three to both the restaurant then the cafe. We ordered the garlic rice, napolitan pasta, hibari salad, and hibari plate (which consists of a variety of grilled sausages). All dishes were generously portioned (although the price matched the serving size) and tasted amazing. We finished absolutely everything. We walked across the pathway directly to the cafe and ordered coffees. The coffees came in individual plunger and coffee cup sets that each person could brew and pour to their own tastes. Great idea. The views of the rice fields and surrounding mountains in both stores are breathtaking. Highly recommend these cozy little cafes in the Aso area.

Lovely atmosphere! Beautiful mountain views from within a field with a delightfully elegant and relaxing interior. The exterior eclectically combines a lovely fountain and wooded pathway with American motorist themes. The hot dogs are fresh and crisp. The coffee is good. The menu is made from a photo album. Free wifi. It's worth traveling to Aso just to try this cafe!

ネット検索して向かいましたが畑の中にある隠れ家のようなお店でした。 お店は敷地内に二つあり目的のホットドッグ屋さんでお勧めのヒバリドッグ491円を食べました。 パンは少し焼いてあるのかサクサクしてミートソースも美味しかったです。 本具材のウインナーは普通でした。 帰りには別店舗もありステーキやハンバーグなども食べれるようです。 素敵なお店でした。
