I let the spa know I’d be 5-10 mins late tops, and the receptionist didn’t seem happy to hear that and that I was the last appt of the day- so I said I’d hustle over. Made it on time, and the woman who did my brows was 20 mins behind schedule. The woman who did my brows was very short with me, didn’t even introduce herself or ask me what I was looking for as I was getting my brows done. I gave all the info about what I was looking for in terms of shape and size. She didn’t say a word during The entire appointment except her pointing out I had a scar on my face. My brows came out completely uneven and thinner than I wanted. Serious Lack of attention to detail and basic human interaction. The appointment ended by her telling me I should tint my eyebrows after I expressed they came out uneven. Unprofessional, unfriendly and Will not return.

Eden was amazing! It’s been a month since she gave me suggestions on how to clear my face with all natural and organic treatments and my face is 100% clear!! I’ve been trying numerous products over the past 2 years including some harsh ones recommended from dermatologists that didn’t work. I highly suggest Eden due to her sincere care, knowledge, and professionalism! If only I lived in aspen to visit her more often because she truly gave me back my confidence!
