Besides the move-in delays at the beginning of first semester my experience with Aspen Heights has been wonderful. The front desk staff is very engaging and helpful. Specifically Briana DeMarcy who is super enthusiastic and friendly, and not to mention knows what she is doing. The staff always seems happy be working and engaging with the residents. Plus, they make it fun by offering raffles and ways to earn benefits.

My son and I toured Aspen Heights last week with Jay. I really wanted to see it even though we already signed the lease for next year. Jay was great--friendly, helpful, and answered all of our questions. The apartment and lounges are beautiful and it looks like it will be a great place to live. The location is awesome too.

Our tour experience and leasing experience was fantastic. Lily was our tour guide and she did a FANTASTIC job! She was so patient and helpful while we toured different units. Signing was super easy and they were always available to help at every step of the way. The amenities are beautiful and I know they had some problems last year but after touring the building I’m super excited to move in in august. Not to mention the free crewnecks they gave us and the seasons gift card! Seriously and awesome place. Cannot wait to move in!

Aspen Heights Towson is perfect for college students. It is located right next to campus and so close to many restaurants and places to enjoy in uptown Towson. The rooms are very accommodating and you get your own private bathroom and room. The staff here are very here helpful when it comes to answering questions, attending the issues that may arise, and their response time is very quick. The staff here put a lot of effort into checking in on tenants to see how they’re doing, making sure the complex stays clean, and making sure that everyone is enjoying their living arrangements. Aspen Heights is everything I could’ve asked for in my first apartment and more!

My roommate and I have been looking for a place to live for our next two years at Towson and this is definitely the place! We haven’t moved in yet but we have taken multiple tours, the staff is AMAZING and super welcoming! Our tour guide Lily was extremely helpful! Can’t wait to move in!

I had a tour with Lily and it was fantastic! She was able to answer all of our questions and show us around the entire complex. She was even able to show us a show room of the floor plan we will be living in! She gave us free merch & a gift card to a pizza shop across the street! Overall great experience! My daughter and I toured Aspen last Saturday. Lily was a fantastic tour guide and did a great job answering all of our questions. My daughter and her roommate ultimately decided to submit an application for the property. I think this will be a good first-time apartment experience for them.
