My personal experience after buying HONDA City from TECTONE MOTORS PVT LTD is very bad. During the purchase of new car the staff treats you in a very nice way and promises each and every service thereafter. But once you are out of the showroom ,no one actually cares. There service department is very poor, all they want is to delay the work and make great excuses. Being a customer i would suggest not to buy a car from ASPEN HONDA. Since last 4 days i am trying each and every single number of customer services but no one is replying and no one is even picking up the phone .i Feel like very sad after buying such a expensive car from this showroom and get 0 help for service regarding issues. Think twice before buying your car from ASPEN HONDA

Given for body repair Job. Observed partial work done later. Informed to concerned, initially refused but later accepted. All the way i came from 60kms to get it rectify. One must thoroughly check for all work done before accepting delivery....

It is Avery big format Sales and Service centre of Honda Cars of Aspen Honda. Good reception, courteous staff. Located opp. to Gujarat State Fertilizers Ltd. Entry is to be taken from wrong side and below the flyover on busy old NH8...so visitor has to take care sin e wrong side. If somebody travels further till Bajwa village entry avoiding wrong side, there is a right turn beneath the bridge, then it will be proper driving.

Worst service provider in baroda! Don't accept cars for service, don't settle accidental claim in less than 3weeks! No updates during entire process! Even managers Won't answer their calls! Regret buying from aspen despite better offers from others!

Bad experience 1st free service in aspen honda thay did nothing to my honda city Just wash and and took 7 hrs Worst yet to come There vehicle washing machine makes too many small scratches on new brand city that you can see with close observation in sunlight I will go to onother dealer for next srrvice
