Matron fitness centre will give you the results that you need. The gym is equipped with almost all types of equipment suitable for your type of exercise. It has free parking and very good ventilation. The gimmers are quiet friendly and helpful when in need.
Its the best gym with all the equipments and the Sir trains You very well and its Just Awesome
The only decent gym in Goa located in Assagao. Bring your own big towels and the cardio machines really need to be replaced.
