Love the place and vibe! We rented out the whole Villa for 4-5days and loved it. The owners and caretaker are great souls and go out their way to cater you.

I stayed at this place for two nights and was welcomed with a big smile by Prem who is caretaker of the property. The very first thing you will notice when you enter the villa is the quirky touch that it has. Everything is so beautiful and Instagram worthy! I would highly recommend this place to everyone out there and would definitely love to go back️
I love this place and coming back here each time I am coming to Goa. It's peaceful and in a serene corner of the beautiful village of Assagao. Caretaker is very supportive too. Don't think twice before booking this place.
We had been here with family and friends. The place has a pleasant ambience with well maintained rooms. The staff were good . Overall an excellent place to stay in Goa . Would recommend this property to everyone .
I have stayed at multiple places in Goa and the route affair stood out of all of them. I felt like home and the caretaker is well trained guy who served us very well. I recommend the balcony rooms!
