Overall the location is amazing! The management team is very friendly and I think they do their best to make you happy. They cant change everything or as fast as you want it, but they do try. Can use a deep cleaning in common areas like the stairways and a fresh coat of paint on the patios and updated matching appliances. Trash area can be ridiculous some days but trash pick up is often. Overall, nice and safe place to live.

Transitioning from NY to VA was huge for me. I’m so thankful to have found an apartment here, very clean, love having a washer and dryer in our unit! Love having parking spaces available at all hours of the day, pool is a huge bonus. All areas are well maintained and clean, great neighborhood and amazing staff at the office!

Finishing my 2nd year here and so happy I found The Point. The admin and maintenance staff are great-polite, warm and friendly. If I have a service request it is always handled promptly. Appliances are newer. My daughter and I feel comfortable and welcomed here!
