Arrived in person to open new checking account. Told to come back two days later to deposit checks totaling over 30,000. Cancelled appointment and decided to head home early and deposit in my hometown bank. Guess they don’t need the business. Their loss.

Banch manager was rude and made me feel as a customer un appreciated. I have since closed my accounts with them and opened new accounts with shell like state bank. #danbranchmanager

I'm a business owner with an account with Associated already, I've now been trying to open a personal checking account and get told I need to make an appointment every time I stop in to make my business deposits. Never have I experienced this at any bank I've ever done business with, this branch is rarely busy enough to turn away new business, in my opinion from frequenting it now for almost a year.
