First of all, being that my job was a relatively small one, this business was the only one of it's kind of the ones I called to actually call me back & to keep in touch with me. That was greatly appreciated! They were very patient with my timetable which was extended past what I had told them upon my first contact. When we were finally ready for their crew to come out they did so in a timely manner and got all the steps of the work done within one week. I had asked them to install cove base also so it took longer than if it was just floor only. The photo only shows a fractional portion of the work done. There were some areas needing touch-up after the final treatment and they again came out on my schedule to do that work. Now everything looks great & I am looking forward to my new low maintenance floor for as long as I am using this facility. Thank you! :)

The team at Associated Concrete Coatings was the most knowledgeable and professional of all the three I spoke with and their finished product shows it!! We are extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend them for your project. I called around for quotes and found that Associated Concrete was the most forthcoming with exactly what work needed to be done. The others seemed to low ball their quotes by not asking about the existence of a vapor barrier under the slab (I can only assume they would have gladly provided a change order when they arrived to do the job and realized there was no vapor barrier). Associated Concrete took the time to learn what the conditions were on the site before quoting and got it right the first time so there were not surprises.

Horrible experience. Asked this company to seal a brand new construction building, two floors. They accidentally installed a speed bump in my floor, in essence, building me a swimming pool in the far corner of the garage floor. I asked them to remove it. The chiseled it out and it looked just like that, chiseled out. It was not smoothed over or repaired, just chiseled out. The floor grit was super inconsistent, some spots were baby smooth causing us to slip regularly. Other places had so much grit it was almost like someone just walked around and poured out sand into the sealant randomly. One of THEIR technicians accidentally stepped in the floor sealant prior to it drying, so we were left with a wonderful footprint in the apoxy. I contacted the company to complain and was greeted with aggression by our original salesperson. I spoke with the owner and they came out and redid the floor to better disperse the grit, but never repaired the damage that they caused by building a speed bump, and they patched over the foot print (with the wrong color, see photo). This company came into my brand new building and in essence ruined our beautiful floors, they did it without feeling bad, or even accepting responsibility. I waited a full year to contact them back because of how irate I have been from the end product and the interaction with the company just to find out what material they used on our floor so that we could redo the patch they did to cover up the footprint that they caused. I have spoken to 3 different people in the last weeks just to determine the materials used and all 3 people have told me they would email me what product was used (notice never asked to come and fix it). I still have no email response. I was appalled at how bad an outcome something as simple as concrete apoxy coating can be. Look at the photos below, furthermore, look how much the product has faded (indoor, gray/outdoor, now brown) in a year. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had ACC do a full waterproofing package on my new home in Bedford NH. I had my foundation waterproofed along with insulation and drainage board. ACC offered me a 30 year warranty on their work and were also extremely easy, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire project. I also had an air barrier installed on my house, which is an excellent investment, because it has already saved me a lot of money on my heating costs. I highly recommend this company!
