Dr. Shelton is a great doctor! He took the time to listen to all my concerns and did a great job delivering my baby. I have also seen Dr. Lerch who is also very kind and thoughtful. The nursing staff is very good here as well. All around an excellent practice.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would, Dr. Lerch basically made my mom worse... They gave her antibiotics for an “infection” that she didn’t even have only for her to get an allergic reaction, they lied about her analysis saying it came up with an infection but it actually came up negative and “contaminated.” She’s suffering right now with an allergic reaction and i called and they said “oh just stop taking the pills and take allergy meds” No i definitely do not recommend all they want is and they’re lying about everything !!!

I would not recommend this place for Women's Health for anyone ever. I have been there twice in the last week and have left in tears both times. I was anxious to go in and get some advice on a couple concerning health symptoms I have been having around reproductive women's health. I filled out all the new patient paperwork, but the Doctor (Dr. Lerch) had clearly not looked at any of it - I spent so much time filling it out early and mentioning all my concerning symptoms and she clearly hadn't even checked. Then she was performing my annual exam and while she literally had her hands inside of me, she received a call from the hospital. I understand that when you are on call you have to get it, but if you have had to leave a patient in the room while you're mid-exam, there should be some desire to spend some extra time making sure that they're okay. She told me as she was leaving that I could get changed back into my clothes which meant she wasn't going to be finishing the exam. She then came back in and said thanks for being patient here are your prescriptions have a good one. I felt so uncared for and left in tears. My second visit was yesterday and I had to go get my nexplanon removed. I had been prepared that it wouldn't really hurt and it could take maximum of 15-20 minutes to get it wiggled out. I was there with my arm open for an hour as the Nurse Practitioner worked to get it out of my arm. I am so bruised and so sore (both things that I knew were going to happen), but there wasn't any care afterwards even after she said it was one of the hardest ones she'd ever had. She had said she would get me a bottle of water and some ice, but then just left the room and was gone. I will not be returning to this place that did not have my best interest at heart - they did not see me as a person coming to them in pain; just someone to get through the door.

Dr. Megan Cannon (formerly Dr. Renehan) is truly amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate in her care.
