Greg conducted an incredibly thorough and detailed inspection. Greg took photos and documented all aspects of his inspection. He provided the option of a virtual review where he walked us through each photo and aspect of the inspection and answered all of our questions. He made pragmatic recommendations about aspects of the property's condition over over broad time horizon (i.e. what needs to happen now vs. what should be done in the future to preserve the property). Greg is a detailed professional and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Assured Home Inspections.

Greg knows his stuff and has a great eye for detail. He is organized, methodical, and pays close attention to detail. He takes the time to answer any questions, writes a great report and is available for future consultation. You will spend a lot for a house. Gregs inspections ensure you know exactly what you are buying. After seeing his work on our recent home inspection, I would recommend him to anyone.
We actually purchased a house quite a while back and this review is very long overdue. Greg completed the inspection with our daughter . He was very thorough in his findings, patiently explaining the report and pictures in detail. In my opinion, a lot of sellers /realtors are afraid of his findings thus some negative comments from them.I truly feel Greg is the best in the business.We bought the house and totally understood all the necessary work needed in an order of priority. In the future, as a seller I have no qualms with recommending a purchaser use his services.At the end of the day if the best inspector has done the job , as a seller I'm also more confident in the sale.
Greg is the best! He did a commercial property inspection for us and was incredibly thorough, did a full on-site walk through with us to explain everything and to see if we had any questions. Greg is simply the best! We used him twice and were super satisfied with his professionalism: he provides meticulous inspection, a top quality report and he is such a pleasant guy too.
