I registered my puppy a while ago with them. I phoned up and found the receptionist quite RUDE. She didnt seem to know the exact price of anything. Three things I asked her about for my puppy and they were all around 47. She sounded like it's the worst job she ever had because just speaking to her she went out of her way to be unhelpful. And what she managed to do was lose a customer. I shall refer to this vets as 47 47 47 LOL

Honestly diabolical. I called twice on Thursday and was told I would receive a call back at 1:30pm. Well 1:30 passed, nothing. It got to 5pm and still no phone call. I called back the next day, same thing! It got to Monday, the day of my pups appointment - I called in the morning and was told they're not back in for a few days. I asked how comes I hadn't received a call back, I was told that it could be dealt with on Monday at the appointment. Which was highly hard to be done as no one is allowed in the practice. I was asked if I could cancel my appointment and rebook once I had spoken to the person I originally needed on the Thursday! Utter disgrace. I only swapped to Aston Lee as I told they were 'amazing'. Yeah they were amazingly useless! So I'm now looking at changing vets AGAIN! All because they can't communicate with the customers. Fair enough if they wanted to deal with it on Monday, a simple text or email would have been nice. Oh wait no, the person I needed went on annual leave on Monday!! If only I could give 0 stars.
A long-standing problem with our cat has finally been sorted. Katie has been lovely, attentive and caring. The COVID-19 arrangements work out very well. Thank you.
Great vet's, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Very well equipped.
