What a lovely surprise today on the school bus the driver had dressed up in all the festive spirit think that was so nice and thoughtful in these times, we are quick to criticize so let's be quick to praise

Let's just start with this now I understand why every time I see your busses there empty I went to beckford to get a mot on my car and I waited for 2 hours for a bus to show up none came even thought the time table said they would so I walked back home because I'm not rich so a taxi is out of the question on the 1 hour walk back to sedgberrow I saw a singler bus but that was going in the opposite direction all I can say is I feel sorry for the people that have to rely on you service the very idea of using the bus for work is just laughable I would most probably get the 4 hours late I would give you a minus 5 but this does not allow me to do that so all I'm going to say is you should be ashamed of yourselfs

Most of the drivers lack simple clutch control, few are recklessly fast and feels unsafe to be taking the bus. The buses are always late.

Thank you to our brilliant driver who was unable to get down Camp Hill Road at 15.30 today due to inconsiderate parking, he had to reverse back to London Road & take us via Battenhall Road but checked with each of us to ensure we arrived safely.
